Connect WhatsApp to Boss

Customers' WhatsApp messages come into the Boss inbox, where keyword replies and the AI answer first.

Admin, then Company profile: fill in your SSM number first. Meta only allows registered businesses.
Go to Customers & sales, then Inbox, then Auto reply settings, then WhatsApp.
Already use the WhatsApp Business app on your phone? Choose Connect my WhatsApp Business app number. You keep using the phone app; chats show in both places.
A new number only for Boss? Choose Connect a new number only for Boss. Meta sends a code to that number.
Follow Meta's window: sign in to Facebook, pick or create your business, and allow Lucco Boss.
To message customers more than 24 hours after their last message (blasts, reminders, follow-ups), make WhatsApp templates in the same settings page and wait for Meta to approve them.
