Blasts and follow-ups
Message customers who agreed to hear from you, and follow up chats that went quiet.
- Only customers who ticked agree to promotions get blasts. Anyone can reply STOP.
- WhatsApp: make a blast template in Inbox, then Blasts, and wait for Meta to approve it (usually minutes). Meta charges your WhatsApp account per message.
- Pick who gets it (all, or a tag), tick that they agreed, and press Send blast.
- Follow-ups: in Auto reply settings, set up to three follow-ups for chats where the customer went quiet.
- Check results in Inbox, then Report: read, replied and bought.
