Property listings for agents
Each listing gets its own page, each agent gets a page with their listings, and the AI answers buyers with the right one.
- Go to Customers & sales, then Properties, and tap New listing.
- Fill in the price, size, rooms, area and description, add photos (the first is the cover) and set it to On the market.
- Add the floor plan, brochure or price list as files. Tick Show on the listing page for the ones buyers may download.
- Share the listing link on WhatsApp or social media. Your company page lists every listing; each agent's page (from their published name card) lists only theirs.
- Agents see and change only their own listings. The owner and admins see all of them.
- When a buyer asks in chat, the AI sends the listing link, and the floor plan or brochure when asked. Sold or rented listings and their files are not sent.
