Set up the AI auto reply

The AI answers from what you write in Boss and passes anything else to you.

  1. Fill in Company profile, products (Online shop) and booking services first. The AI reads them.
  2. Inbox, then Auto reply settings: choose Your industry, then answer the common questions it lists.
  3. Q&A for the AI: add the questions customers ask, or import them from your web page or a price list PDF.
  4. Files the AI can send: upload floor plans, brochures, menus or videos with a clear title.
  5. AI style: choose emoji, length and language style, or upload a few WhatsApp chats (Export chat, without media) so the AI learns how you write.
  6. Opening hours: set them and an away message.
  7. Test with Try the AI on the same page, then turn on automatic replies.
  8. Questions the AI could not answer are listed on the settings page. Add the answer once and it knows next time.
