Packages and stored value

Sell sessions or credit up front; customers see what is left on their phone.

  1. Packages: set a package type (for example 10 haircuts for RM300), sell it to a customer, and tap Use 1 session at each visit.
  2. Stored value: in Top-up offers add pay RM500, get RM550 (or any amount). Top up for a customer, then press Use at each visit.
  3. Send the customer their page on WhatsApp. They see the balance and history.
  4. The books keep the paid part as money owed to customers until it is used. The free extra never goes into the books.
