Online meetings: a Google Meet or Zoom link for every booking

Connect Google or Zoom once. Every booking of an online service then gets its own meeting link, and the meeting goes into your account.

  1. Go to Bookings, then Settings, and scroll to Meeting links for online bookings.
    Open Google Meet settings β†’
  2. Press Connect my Google Calendar and choose the Google account you hold meetings with (if Google says the app is not verified, press Advanced, then Go to Lucco Boss, tick the calendar box and press Continue). For Zoom, press Connect my Zoom and allow it.
  3. Under Services customers can book, open the service, tick Online, choose Google Meet or Zoom, and leave the fixed meeting link empty. Save.
  4. Done. When a customer books it (on the booking page, in the chat or added by staff), Boss makes a meeting link. The customer sees it on their booking page and the AI gives it in WhatsApp. When the booking moves or is cancelled, the meeting in your calendar moves or is removed.

Questions bosses ask

Can I use Zoom?

Yes. Connect your Zoom and choose Zoom on the service: every booking gets its own Zoom meeting. Or put one fixed Zoom link on the service for every customer.

Whose calendar gets the meeting?

The person who attends the service (Who attends), when they connected their own Google account; otherwise the owner's.

Does the customer need a Google account?

No. They open the Meet link in their browser or the Meet app.

I see "Google stopped the connection"

Press Connect my Google again on the same page. Boss also tells you on your phone when this happens.
