Messages by customer activity and Google review requests

WhatsApp messages that go out by themselves after a purchase, a first visit, 30 days away, or before a birthday month.

You need AI Plus, your SSM number in Company profile, and WhatsApp connected in Inbox settings.
Go to Marketing, then Messages by customer activity. Paste your Google review link (Google Business Profile, then Ask for reviews).
Under Make a message for Meta to approve, tap an example such as Review request, change the words, and send it. Meta usually approves within a day.
When it is approved, add an automatic message: choose when (for example 2 days after a purchase) and the approved message.
Every morning at 9:30 Boss sends it to the customers who match that day. Only customers who agreed to get messages are included, and the same person gets the same message at most once in 30 days.
