API keys and webhooks for your other systems

Send customers, visits and purchases from your POS or website into Boss, and let Boss tell your systems when something happens.

  1. Owner: Admin, then Settings, then API and AI agents. Agree to the data terms.
  2. Make key: give it a name (for example "My POS") and tick what it may do. Copy the key now; it is shown once.
  3. Give the key to your developer, or paste it in Zapier, Make or n8n as "Authorization: Bearer <key>". The page lists every address with an example.
  4. Webhooks: add your system's https address and tick events: new customer, new booking, payment received, shop order paid. Boss signs each message with the secret shown.
  5. Stop a key or a webhook any time on the same page.
